Type SL Elizabeth Tudor Queen

​Type SL 'Elizabeth' the Queen.She is a superb historical special character made in 1955 and bought in 1956 in Hamleys by an eleven year old girl named Elizabeth who loved history and the Tudors! She has been sold to the shop to find her next loving home.SL Elizabeth is in superb untouched condition.You can see the lack of any use shown by her aubergine painted shoes with no wear at all.The costume is pristine, I see no damage or wear or ageing. The face paint is very good and she has no cracks or hairlines.The bead necklace is secured within her neck screw eye, not unusual I am told.Images tell the story, she is perfect for a collector of the historical special characters not often seen from the 1950's era. Lovely provenance too.Brown box is good with handwritten name on the end.Instructions and letter to join the club included.
