This teddy has buttons for his joints. Both arms and legs move independently, head is fixed. The buttons are deep in his fur in some joints. I think this is a vintage hand made teddy, he has blue eyes and a sweet face. He wears his handknitted red Liverpool supporter scarf! He is approx 8" tall.
